RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT 
Preamble
In consideration for being permitted to enter and participate in activities at Fahrmeier Farms (the "Farm"), I, on behalf of myself, my minor children, my family members, my heirs, and personal representatives, hereby agree to the terms below. 
Assumption of inherent risks
By purchasing a ticket or visiting the farm, visitors acknowledge the inherent risks in farm activities, including potential injury or damage, and voluntarily assume these risks. These risks can include uneven terrain, weather, farm equipment, animals, insects, and other factors. 
Release and waiver of liability
Visitors release and waive claims against the farm, its owners, employees, and agents for loss, damage, or injury on the premises. 
Indemnification
Visitors agree to indemnify the farm against costs, including attorney's fees, from their participation or that of their party. 
Responsibility for minors
Individuals confirm responsibility for minor children in their party and that the waiver applies to them. 
Acknowledgment
Visitors acknowledge understanding and voluntarily agreeing to the waiver's terms as a full release of liability permitted by law.
